Munia El Harti Alonso has been appointed to the Steering Committee of IBA Arb40, effective April 2026. She also serves as an Officer of the IBA Oil & Gas Law Committee and as President of the ICC Spain Trade and Investment Commission. Founding Partner of MEHA Law, a boutique international arbitration and energy disputes firm based in Madrid, Munia acts as counsel and independent arbitrator in commercial and investment matters, with a particular focus on the energy sector. She lectures on investment arbitration at Universidad Complutense de Madrid and Georgetown University Law Center.
