Tiffany Chan has been promoted to Of Counsel at Herbert Smith Freehills Kramer, effective 1 May 2026. Based in the firm's Hong Kong office since 2013, she has extensive experience in international arbitration and commercial litigation, with a particular focus on complex cross-border commercial disputes. Tiffany is admitted as a solicitor in Hong Kong and is fluent in English, Mandarin and Cantonese. During her time with the firm, she completed three separate six-month secondments with Goldman Sachs’ legal teams in Hong Kong, gaining valuable in-house experience and commercial insight.
