ArbitralWomen Parental Mentorship Scheme

Balancing a career in international dispute resolution with the demands of parenthood can be challenging, particularly without a support network for advice and guidance.

This programme provides a platform for members to share their experiences, concerns, and strategies for managing both professional and parental responsibilities.

Quarterly group discussions will be held via video conference in a relaxed format, following Chatham House rules.

Whatever stage of your parenting journey you have reached, whether you are pregnant, adopting, on or returning from maternity leave, have children of school age or older, or simply considering becoming a parent, we welcome your participation and insights.
