The Moot Alumni Association is delighted to invite you to the ​​Annual MAA International Commercial Law & Arbitration Conference, taking place in Vienna on 11 April 2025. Serving as a prelude to the Vis Moot, the conference will feature esteemed academics and practitioners discussing topical issues in international arbitration and trade law linked with this year’s Vis Moot Problem.

The conference programme includes a special Keynote Address on “Nordic Arbitration: A View From Within”, an interview as part of the Institute for Transnational Arbitration’s Preserving Perspectives Project, and panels on multi-tiered dispute resolution clauses and determining the preponderant part of complex transactions under the CISG.

The LCIA Young International Arbitration Group is hosting this year’s “YIAG meets Vis” event on Tuesday 15 April 2025 at the offices of Schoenherr (A-1010, Schottenring 19) in Vienna, Austria.
