3rd edition of Nivalion Legal Finance Summit in Frankfurt

This year’s Summit will explore how parties can adapt to an ever-changing economic and political landscape. Topics to be discussed will include how disputants may overcome challenges enforcing awards against noncompliant parties and how third-party funders work to ensure their clients’ success in pursuit of arbitration claims.

Leading experts will lend their insights with respect to technical solutions for disputants and discuss the challenges and opportunities inherent in disputes surrounding damages valuation. The Summit will also address how insurance solutions can help corporations mitigate the risks associated with international disputes.

ERE France is organising a cross-examination session aimed at aspiring financial and construction practitioners who have not yet testified. You will gain insights into some good practices during cross-examination and engage in a practical case study. Jana Lefranc, Anastasia Pojoga, Elise Salerno, Stephanie Tombling, along with guest speakers Karolina Rozycka and Galina Zukova, will share their learnings and experiences. The session will take place on 28 May in Paris, from 9 AM to 12 PM.
