Following the success of the Diversity Retreat organized in collaboration by DIS40 and ArbitralWomen, we are planning a new edition for next year – the Inclusion Retreat 2026.
The Inclusion Retreat will once again offer an opportunity to exchange ideas, reflect, and connect in an inspiring environment. We encourage you to save the date and join us for two days dedicated to inclusion, collaboration, allyship and meaningful dialogue.
The retreat will bring together a select group of around 30-35 participants for meaningful exchange and networking in an intimate environment. Through thought-provoking discussions, engaging workshops, and contributions from inspiring speakers, it will provide a unique forum to explore practical ways to make dispute resolution more inclusive and to foster a sense of belonging for everyone involved.
Organised in collaboration between DIS40 and ArbitralWomen, the retreat is open to arbitration practitioners and enthusiasts of all genders. The event will be held in English.
Date: Friday – Saturday, 13-14 February 2026
Venue: Hotel Jagdschloss Kranichstein, Kranichsteiner Straße 261, 64289 Darmstadt.

Registration: The registration fee is EUR 200 plus VAT and includes participation in the retreat and scheduled meals. Tickets will be sold on a first come, first served basis.
