The event has been organised by the Steering Committee of the Pledge – Equal Representation in Arbitration.  In line with the Pledge’s commitment to increasing the number of women arbitrators, promoting fair representation, and advancing full equality, this brief, informal event will feature an interview with three distinguished female professionals: an institution manager, a counsel, and an arbitrator. The discussion will explore their career paths, the practical insights they have gained in each role, and their candid perspectives on the opportunities and challenges that women face across the arbitral ecosystem.
