Marlena Harutyunyan Promoted to Counsel at Archipel in Geneva
Marlena Harutyunyan has been promoted to Counsel in Archipel’s Geneva office, effective 1 January 2026. Marlena focuses her practice on international commercial and investment arbitration before major arbitral institutions (ICC, ICSID, Swiss Arbitration Centre, LCIA, SCC, etc.) and on cross-border litigation. Marlena mainly represents and advises clients in complex disputes in different industry sectors, including construction and infrastructure, oil and gas, energy, automotive, and handles arbitration-related litigation and enforcement before French and Swiss courts. Marlena is dually qualified in England and France and is a member of the Paris Bar and registered at the Geneva Bar.
