Patricia Saiz Appointed Senior Vice-Chair of the International Bar Association’s Arbitration Committee
Patricia Saiz has been appointed Senior Vice Chair of the International Bar Association’s Arbitration Committee, effective 1 January 2026. Based in Madrid, Patricia is an independent arbitrator and academic who sits in international and domestic arbitrations conducted in Spanish, English and French. Her practice covers international commercial and investment arbitration, with extensive experience in disputes across the M&A, energy, infrastructure, and construction sectors. Patricia is recognised as a Thought Leader in the Lexology Index: Arbitration 2026 and ranked Band 1 – Arbitrators (Spain) in Chambers 2025.
