Marie-Hélène Bartoli has joined the Litigation, Arbitration and White Collar Crime team at Alerion as counsel, with effect from 7 September 2020. Marie-Hélène was previously a senior associate at Gide Loyrette Nouel. Based in Paris, her practice focuses on complex international litigation and international commercial arbitration. She speaks English and French and is admitted to practice in Paris. She is a co-winner of the Best Award prize in the 2016 Young Arbitrators Match and has recently published “Résistances à l'exécution d'une sentence CCI: compétence de l'arbitre pour réparer le préjudice du créancier… amputé des frais de justice générés par l'exécution” in Revue de l’Arbitrage2020, 2^nd issue.
