Donna Ross, a member of the Board of ArbitralWomen, has won the Resolution Institute “Australian Arbitrator of the Year” award at the Australasian Law Awards 2020. Donna, an internationally accredited mediator and arbitrator, is the Founder of Donna Ross Dispute Resolution. Based in Melbourne, and working globally on-line, she chairs Resolution Institute’s Arbitration Committee and is a member of its National Determinative Committee. Donna is a Fellow and faculty member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators. She is admitted to practice in Australia and New York, and speaks English, French, Italian and Spanish.
