Katie Hyman, a member of the Steering Committee of Young ArbitralWomen Practitioners, has joined Rimon PC as a partner and Victoria Associates as a member, with effect from September 2020. Katie was formerly counsel at Akin Gump LLP. Based in Washington, DC, her practice focuses on international dispute resolution, including multijurisdictional, offshore and investor-state matters, with particular emphasis on the energy and telecoms industries. She is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators and accepts arbitrator appointments. Katie is dual-qualified as an English solicitor and New York attorney and is admitted as a special legal consultant in the District of Columbia.
