Fatima Malik Appointed to the ILA Committee on Alternative Dispute Resolution in International Law
Fatima Malik has been appointed to the ILA Committee on Alternative Dispute Resolution in International Law, effective December 2023. The aim of the Committee, chaired by Professor Gabrielle Marceau, is to raise awareness of ADR’s potential contribution to international law, and call attention to disputes where the use of ADR could be more effective rather than adjudication. Fatima is a Staff Attorney at Fietta LLP. Fluent in English and in Urdu, Fatima is admitted to practice in England & Wales and Pakistan with a focus on investor-State and PIL work. Fatima is also the Secretary for the Pakistan Chapter of the ILA, a founding member of Paris Arbitration Centre, and serves on the editorial team of Delos Dispute Resolution.
