Alice Broichmann joins Kröck Dispute Resolution as Equity Partner, effective 1 January 2026, with the firm rebranding to “Kröck Sabel Köppel Broichmann Dispute Resolution”. A leading disputes specialist with over 20 years’ experience, Alice focuses on arbitration and post-M&A disputes and regularly serves as arbitrator. She previously practiced at A&O Sherman, advising on energy-sector, and construction arbitrations. Alice is Co-Coordinator of the DIS Regional Group Munich, was heard by the Bundestag’s Legal Affairs Committee on arbitration law reform and contributed to the latest DIS Rules commentary.
