Aarta Alkarimi has been appointed to the Steering Committee of the International Construction Arbitrators Association (ICAA), a newly established non-profit organisation, effective September 2025. The ICAA's mission is to fill a long-standing gap in the international construction industry by providing a trusted, publicly accessible roster of specialist arbitrators with deep expertise in construction law, technical construction issues, and international arbitration who are skilled to perform as sole or presiding arbitrators. Aarta specialises in international arbitration with an emphasis on construction and infrastructure.
Each year ArbitralWomen provides support to a number of Teams who participate in dispute resolution competitions, such as the Vis or Vis East International Arbitration Moot by covering their registration fee.
