This chapter represents an attempt to explore the CISG precepts and their relevance for IESG in the Arab world, having regard for general principles of law, civil codes and Arab laws on electronic transactions (ALET). Recent developments in e-commerce, such as international electronic contracts for the sale of goods(IESG) being concluded through smart phones applications and websites, will be considered.
