As its first event as the 2026-2027 Steering Committee, YAWP hosted an in-person breakfast on 26 March 2026 at Le Coucou Troca during Paris Arbitration Week.

The event brought together female arbitration practitioners under 40 attending Paris Arbitration Week for a welcoming and relaxed morning over breakfast and served as an opportunity to introduce YAWP Steering Committee Members Özge Yazar and Nicole Grohmann, who attended on behalf of the Steering Committee. The event generated strong interest, with many practitioners eager to participate and connect.

Attendees engaged warmly with one another throughout the morning, with conversations flowing naturally across the group. The breakfast drew a particularly engaged mix of participants, including practitioners from multiple continents and various types of organisations, and the group spent several hours in lively conversation.
