Sophie Davin Represented ArbitralWomen as an Observer at UNCITRAL’s Working Group II Session in New York in February 2026

ArbitralWomen Member Sophie Davin was selected to represent ArbitralWomen as an observer at the 83rd Session of UNCITRAL’s Working Group II on Dispute Settlement. The session took place from 16-20 February 2026 in New York.

Sophie is an associate at Gaillard Banifatemi Shelbaya Disputes, where she has practised since the firm’s launch in 2021. Admitted to practise in Paris and New York, she represents States, State-owned entities and private clients in both investment and commercial arbitrations, as well as in related proceedings before domestic courts. Sophie is also an adjunct professor at the University of Paris I - Panthéon-Sorbonne, where she teaches seminars on investment law and disputes, French arbitration law, and French civil procedure.
