Salma El-Nashar has been appointed as Partner, Arbitration & Disputes at LPA Law Avocats - Dubai office, effective 1 January 2026. She advises local and international corporations, as well as government entities on complex cross-border disputes and arbitration across various industries. Salma acts as both counsel and arbitrator in arbitration proceedings across multiple jurisdictions in the Middle East and Africa. She is also an RICS Accredited Mediator. Additionally, she serves as Regional Representative for the LCIA Young International Arbitration Group (YIAG) for the Middle East, and as Regional Representative for the Association of Young Arbitrators (AYA) for North Africa.
