Salma El-Nashar has been appointed as Regional Representative for North Africa by the Association of Young Arbitrators (AYA), effective 1 May 2025. Salma’s practice focuses on dispute resolution across a wide range of industry sectors, including real estate, construction, shareholder, technology, commercial, and contractual disputes. She has handled contentious matters under several jurisdictions in the Middle East. Salma speaks French, English, and Arabic. She is a RICS-accredited mediator and is currently a Senior Associate at Rizkana & Partners law firm in Cairo.
Each year ArbitralWomen provides support to a number of Teams who participate in dispute resolution competitions, such as the Vis or Vis East International Arbitration Moot by covering their registration fee.
