Begoña Charro de Mendieta has been promoted to Senior Associate in the Arbitration and Litigation practice of Pinsent Masons Madrid, effective May 2025. Begoña has experience in complex civil, commercial, and corporate litigation, including pre-litigation advice, as well as in international commercial arbitration. She also advises on judicial proceedings in support of arbitration. Begoña was appointed Co-Chair of the under 40 section of the Spanish and Ibero-American Arbitration Club (CEIA) for 2023-2024.
