Roula is an expert who has been recognized as a Who’s Who Legal Global Elite Thought Leader. She specializes in contentious valuations and the assessment of complex quantum issues in high-value international arbitration and litigation cases involving breaches of contract, investment treaty claims, transaction-related disputes, and intellectual property infringements. She has testified in English and French and has acted as an independent valuation expert appointed under shareholders’ agreements and joint venture agreements.
