Lorraine de Germiny has been promoted to partner at LALIVE (London) LLP, the firm’s London entity, with effect from 1 January 2021. Lorraine focuses her practice on international arbitration, including investment treaty arbitration, with particular experience in the oil & gas and mining sectors. She is a member of the New York and Paris bars and admitted as a foreign lawyer to the Geneva bar. Lorraine is a founding member of Women in Mining Switzerland, a member of the CAfA Arbitrator Pool and active in the LALIVE Women’s Network (LWN) Steering Committee.
