Rashel Ann Pomoy has been promoted to Junior Partner at Villaraza & Angangco in Manila, Philippines, with effect from 1 January 2021. Rashel focuses her practice on international and domestic construction and commercial arbitration as well as the litigation of labor and employment disputes. She regularly teaches seminars in both the Philippines and internationally and has taught remedial and civil law at Centro Escolar University. Rashel is a member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, Young ICCA, the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center, and the Philippine Institute of Arbitrators.
