Nina Lauber-Thommesen Launches Practice as Independent Arbitrator

Nina Lauber-Thommesen has launched her own practice as an independent arbitrator, effective 1 March 2023. Nina previously worked at Lévy Kaufmann-Kohler for seven years, and has acted as arbitrator, party representative and tribunal secretary in a wide range of cases and industries, with particular focus on construction, energy, joint ventures and industrial cooperation, M&A, banking and finance, agency and distribution, sales contracts, licencing agreements and sports related disputes.
