Marleen Krueger has been promoted to the partnership at Wilmer Cutler Pickering Hale and Dorr, effective 1 January 2024. A German and British dual-national, Marleen is mainly located in the firm’s London office, but also spends significant time in the firm’s Berlin office. Marleen acts in commercial and treaty arbitration cases in sectors including oil and gas, energy, pharmaceuticals, and construction. She lectures at the University of Würzburg, SOAS University of London and Pepperdine University. She is an Assistant Editor for the Journal of International Arbitration, and also publishes and speaks regularly on issues of international arbitration.
