Marie Stoyanov will head the international arbitration group at Allen & Overy, starting a four-year term on 1 January 2023. Marie is based in the Paris office and has led numerous commercial and investment disputes, as well as advising on investment structuring and issues of public international law. She is ranked as a leader in international arbitration in Chambers and Who’s Who Legal. Marie is a member of the executive board of the European Federation for Investment Law and Arbitration (EFILA) and an Advisory Board member of the publication Investment Claims.
