Laurie Achtouk-Spivak has been promoted to partner at Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton in Paris, effective January 1, 2022. Laurie has been at Cleary since 2006, and has particular experience in high-stake commercial and investor-State disputes including in the energy, natural resources, infrastructure and financial sectors. She is a lecturer at the University of Poitiers, sits as an arbitrator and is a CEDR-accredited mediator.
