Lucy Winnington-Ingram Promoted to Partner at Reed Smith

Lucy Winnington-Ingram has been promoted to partner in the Global Commercial Disputes Group at Reed Smith in London, effective January 2025. She has a broad international arbitration practice with particular expertise in investor-state dispute settlement and public international law. Lucy is ranked as “up and coming” in Chambers UK 2025 for both Investor-State Arbitration and Commercial Arbitration and as a “leading associate” in The Legal 500 UK International Arbitration for Public International Law (2022-2025) and International Arbitration (2024-2025). Lucy has also been named in Legal Business’ “Next Generation of Arbitration” and on the Best Lawyers™ in the United Kingdom “Ones to Watch” list for International Arbitration (2025).
