Louisa Salmon has been promoted to Counsel at WilmerHale, effective 1 January 2026. Louisa is an English barrister and her practice focuses on international arbitration and commercial litigation. She has represented clients under a variety of institutional rules (including ICC, LCIA, LMAA and UNCITRAL rules) and has represented clients in numerous disputes in the High Court in London. She has particular experience in complex multi-jurisdictional litigation, energy, joint venture, and general commercial disputes.
Each year ArbitralWomen provides support to a number of Teams who participate in dispute resolution competitions, such as the Vis or Vis East International Arbitration Moot by covering their registration fee.
