Leticia Baddauy has been appointed to the Finance Committee of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators' Brazil Branch, effective 6 May 2022. Leticia is Partner at L. Baddauy Advocacia, a boutique law firm focused on dispute resolution in Brazil. She is also a Professor at Londrina State University where she researches gender equality in arbitration and in state courts. Leticia is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, a member of the Diversity Group at the Brazilian Committee of Arbitration (CBAr), and a member of the Search Committee of the ERA Pledge.
