Bronwyn Lincoln has joined the partnership of HFW based in Melbourne, effective 2 May 2022. Bronwyn practices in international disputes with specific expertise in international commercial arbitration and trans-national litigation. She is also an international arbitrator with experience as sole arbitrator, tribunal member and chair in ad hoc and institutional arbitration proceedings. Amongst other roles, Bronwyn is a panel arbitrator with SIAC, AIAC, KCIB International, HKIAC and NZIAC, a Fellow of ACICA and one of Australia's four designated conciliators for ICSID. She is a strong supporter of the Campaign for Greener Arbitration, co-chairing the Sub-Committee for Asia-Pac.
