Kamalia Mehtiveva Co-Founds Turkic Arbitration Association (TAA) and Serves as Its Co-President
Kamalia Mehtiveva is the co-founder and co-President, as well as a board member of the newly-launched Turkic Arbitration Association (TAA), effective 29 September 2023. Kamalia is Professor of Law in Paris (Paris XII Creteil University). She is a member of the Paris Bar, and a partner at Barbier Mehtiyeva Law. Kamalia’s practice focuses on international commercial arbitration, investment arbitration, and international enforcement procedures. Kamalia also sits as arbitrator.
