Juliette Asso has been appointed as Co-Chair of the Comité Français d'Arbitrage's under-40 group (CFA-40), effective 8 June 2022. Juliette is Counsel at Lalive in Geneva specialised in construction and infrastructure disputes. She has particular experience in the energy, transportation, and telecom sectors, and has recently broadened her interest to Web 3.0 disputes dealing with the metaverse and NFT-related legal issues. Juliette is a founding board member of Sharing 3.0 and co-administrator of MetaverseLegal. She is French qualified and speaks English and French.
