Johanna Büstgens has been appointed as a Co-Chair of DIS40

Johanna Büstgens has been appointed as a Co-Chair of DIS40, the under-40 group affiliated with the German Arbitration Institute (DIS), with effect from 18 May 2020. Based in Hamburg, Johanna is a senior associate at HANEFELD. She represents parties in domestic and international arbitration proceedings and state court proceedings, with particular focus on the energy, construction and engineering sectors. Johanna acts as arbitrator and tribunal secretary. She speaks English and German.
