Briana Young has been appointed a Vice Chair of the Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre

Briana Young has been appointed a Vice Chair of the Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre (HKIAC) with effect from 15 June 2020. Based in Hong Kong, Briana is a Professional Support Consultant and Foreign Legal Consultant at Herbert Smith Freehills. She is a member of the HKIAC Council and a former member of the HKIAC Proceedings Committee. Briana acted as Co-Chair of HKIAC's Taskforce on Third Party Funding, and is currently Co-Chair of the Hong Kong Law Reform Commission Sub-Committee on Outcome-Related Fees for Arbitration.
