Gaëlle Filhol, a member of the Board of ArbitralWomen, has been appointed as Managing Partner of Paris boutique Betto Perben Pradel Filhol. Gaëlle advises and represents clients in international commercial arbitration proceedings, including pre-arbitration disputes and negotiations, and in dispute adjudication. She has significant experience of complex international construction disputes involving high-stakes claims, as well as disputes in the sectors of aviation/aeronautics, defence, energy (oil & gas, nuclear), post-M&A transactions, and information or high technologies. She is admitted to the Paris Bar and speaks English and French.
