Fatima Balfaqueeh Appointed as Board Member of the RICS MENA Advisory Panel

Fatima Balfaqeeh has been appointed as a board member of the RICS Middle East and Eastern Africa (MENA) Advisory Panel (MAP) with effect from February 2020. Fatima is the Managing Director of RKAH Consultancy, a firm specialising in dispute avoidance and dispute resolution. She is an Independent arbitrator and mediator, specialising in commercial matters, construction disputes, FM and asset management disputes. Fatima is a board member of the ICC-UAE and a member of the committee of the UAE Branch of the CIArb. She is listed as an arbitrator and mediator by several local and international ADR Centers.
