Elodie Dulac has joined Peter & Kim as a partner in Singapore, effective 2 June 2026.  She represents clients in both commercial and investment treaty arbitrations, with a particular focus on Asia where she has been based for nearly 20 years. Elodie has further been appointed as an arbitrator in over 30 arbitrations. She has particular expertise in energy, mining, joint ventures/shareholder disputes and investor-State disputes, as well as Asia-Africa disputes. She is dual-qualified in Paris, France and England & Wales.
