Carmina Pina has been promoted to counsel at Linklaters' Lisbon office, effective 1 May 2026. Having joined the firm in 2012, she focuses on international arbitration and class actions, acting as counsel in complex cross-border disputes particularly in the banking, financial services and investment funds sectors, with experience in arbitrations conducted under various institutional rules, including the ICC and LCIA rules. Carmina is also engaged in ESG developments and their implications for arbitral risk, and contributes to the firm's legal technology and innovation initiatives.
