Elif Naz Uzman Pehlivan, LL.M. has joined IC İçtaş Construction as Senior Attorney, effective February 2026, where she focuses on complex cross-border construction projects, including tendering processes, contract structuring and project execution, as well as FIDIC-based contracts, PPP projects, and international investment and commercial arbitration. Elif previously worked at leading law firms and companies and remains actively involved in high-value arbitration matters. Alongside her professional work, she is the author of the book "Adaptation and Termination of Public Private Partnership Contracts through Arbitration" published in both Turkish and English. In addition, she has commenced her PhD in Private Law at Istanbul Bilgi University on a full scholarship.
