Chloe Carswell has joined the partnership at Gunnercooke, effective August 2023. Chloe focuses on international commercial arbitration, investment treaty arbitration and public international law. She has extensive experience handling complex domestic and international matters, both contentious and advisory, often with a sovereign or political dimension, has advised on matters spanning a number of industries, including oil and gas, electricity, telecoms, banking, and solar and nuclear power.
