Catherine Anne Kunz has been promoted to the partnership of LALIVE with effect from 1 January 2020. Based in Geneva, Catherine specialises in international arbitration and disputes relating to commercial contracts. She acts as both counsel and arbitrator and is admitted to practice in Switzerland and as a solicitor in England and Wales. Catherine is co-chair of the Swiss Arbitration Associations below 40 group, ASA below 40, a member of the editorial board of the ASA Bulletin, a member of the board of the Women's Business Society and immediate past regional representation (Europe) for the LCIA YIAG. She speaks English, French and German. Catherine is recognised as a future leader by Who's Who Legal: Arbitration.
