Anya Marinkovich will join Gunter Arbitration in Geneva as Counsel, effective 1 April 2023. A Swiss-US national, Anya is fluent in French and English, and is admitted to the California bar. Her practice focuses on international arbitration and cross-border disputes, with a specific focus on the energy and construction industries. She is a member of the board of the ICDR’s Young & International Group, and has lectured at the University of Lausanne and the Swiss Arbitration Academy.
