Allison Torline has been promoted to Counsel at Busse Disputes in Frankfurt, effective 1 March 2022. Allison is a founding member of Busse Disputes where she began working 5 years ago. She is a U.S.-trained attorney who is fluent in German, representing both international and German clients. Allison has particular experience in post-M&A disputes, general commercial matters, large-scale construction disputes based on FIDIC contracts, arbitrations concerning the renewable energy sector, and investment arbitration matters. She has also sat as arbitrator in a variety of arbitration proceedings. Allison has been recognized as a Future Leader by Who's Who Legal.
