Education
Krystle did her LL.M in International Legal Studies at NYU School of Law (New York) and studied her Law Degree at the University of Navarra (Pamplona). She is a Ph.D. Candidate at the Universidad de Zaragoza and Universite Paris 2 Pantheon-Assas. She will defend her PhD Thesis on "War Clauses in International Investment Agreements" in December 2024.

Krystle is an independent arbitration practitioner who specializes in commercial and investment arbitration proceedings. Before staring her on practice, Krystle worked as counsel in Cuatrecasas Gonçalves Pereira and as a tribunal secretary and arbitrator at Armesto & Asociados. She has been involved in cases arising from construction projects, shareholder agreements, joint venture agreements, real estate projects, gas pricing, financial services agreements and other contractual disputes, as well as in investment arbitrations. She has also sat as a dispute board member in big infrastructure projects in Latam.
