On 10 September 2025, ArbitralWomen and YAWP co-organised a panel for the Berlin Dispute Resolution Days. The panel, titled “Behind the Brief: Navigating Expert Evidence in Construction Disputes” was well attended by diverse crowd. Moderated by Catrice Gayer, the panel featured Sophia Deuchert, Emily Leonard, Andrea Potparevic Nikolic, Dominique Brown-Berset, and Dr. Nicole Mörchen, who discussed the strategic use of expert evidence in construction disputes, bringing together insights from experts, arbitrators, in-house counsel, and external counsel.
