On 25 October 2025, ArbitralWomen proudly hosted its first-ever event in Azerbaijan: ArbitralWomen Breakfast – “Voices of Influence: Women Driving Change” held in collaboration with the Baku Arbitration Centre and the Azerbaijan Arbitration Association, as part of the Azerbaijan Arbitration Days 2025.

The morning began with a warm welcome from ArbitralWomen Secretary Nata Ghibradze, who also served as moderator for the panel discussion. ArbitralWomen was honoured to feature distinguished speakers Nazli Ahmadova, Shirin Aliyeva, Kamalia Mehtiyeva, Hayala Naghiyeva, and Eda Manav Ozdemir, who shared their insights on leadership, influence, and the evolving role of women in arbitration.

The discussion unfolded over a networking breakfast that celebrated Azeri hospitality, culture, and cuisine — creating a welcoming atmosphere for connection, exchange, and community.
