Vanina Sucharitkul is Appointed as Advisor to the Chairman of ICC Thailand

Vanina Sucharitkul, a member of the ArbitralWomen Board, has been appointed as Advisor to the Chairman of ICC Thailand, Dr. Poj Aramwattananont, effective 7 October 2020. In that capacity Vanina will provide advice on operating and organizing ICC Thailand activities. Vanina advises clients on a diverse range of commercial litigation and cross-border disputes as well as investment treaty arbitration. She is a member of the International Court of Arbitration of the ICC representing Thailand and currently sits as an arbitrator. Vanina is completing her doctoral thesis on the Backlash against Investment Arbitration and Investor-State Dispute Settlement Reform at the Université de Paris II Panthéon-Assas. She is admitted to the California Bar and speaks Thai, French and English.
