Susanne Schwalb has been promoted to the partnership at CMS based in Munich, effective 1 January 2022. Susanne has extensive experience in shareholder and post-M&A disputes as well as in disputes concerning failed (large-scale) projects. She also has particular experience in the protection of foreign investments, including investor-State disputes and related domestic court proceedings, and in negotiating third-party funding agreements. Susanne has been at CMS since 2014 and speaks German, English, French and Spanish.
