Susan Maples has been promoted to counsel at Curtis Mallet-Prevost Colt & Mosle LLP with effect from 22 January 2020. Susan is based in New York and specialises in representing states and state-owned companies in international arbitration and corporate transactions, with particular focus on the oil and gas sector. She was formerly a Visiting Assistant Professor and Andrews Kurth Energy Scholar at the University of Houston Law Center and a Post-Doctoral Research Fellow at Columbia Law School. Susan is admitted to practice in New York.
