Shardul Amarchand Mangladas & Co. has promoted ArbitralWomen member Shreya Jain to partnership, effective April 2024. Shreya specialises in commercial and investment treaty arbitrations and litigations arising from arbitrations, and also advises on public international law related matters. Shreya previously worked at Cooley LLP, New York and holds an LLM from Harvard Law School, where she was an editor of the Harvard International Law Journal. She currently serves as the India Co-Chair of Young ITA, Regional Representative of the YIAG and Assistant Editor at the Kluwer Arbitration Blog.
